A Novel Transmission Network Planning Framework under the New Power System

چکیده
With the continuous development and construction of new power system, there would be a large number renewable energy connected to electric network in future. And uncertainty have greater impact on grid, such as excessively investment low utilization rate. In view this, this paper fully considers adjustable comprehensive resources supply load side, proposes novel transmission planning framework under system. Further, from aspects economy reliability, an evaluation system is established. At last, taking municipal 220 KV grid example, applied, effectiveness proposed verified.
